Few experiences will provide more magic and wonder than a trip to France, but visitors should not leave home without preparing properly. There are certain items that are necessary for a safe and enjoyable trip, especially in a place where a foreign language is spoken. Nobody should ever travel in France without making sure they pack these important things.

Nobody likes to immediately identify themselves as a tourist by whipping out a map at every turn. However, when traveling so far away from home, it is absolutely necessary to have some way of knowing how to get around. There is nothing scarier than getting lost and not being able to communicate with the locals. As an alternative to a awkward folded map, pick up a pocked sized atlas or download a map to a cell phone.

In France, the best way to get around is on foot. This means that one of the most important things to pack is a pair of comfortable walking shoes. It would be awful to make it all the way to France and not enjoy the sights because of aching feet. Those who cannot afford a new pair of shoes should at least invest in a couple of walking inserts to help them along.

People who are new to international travel may be unaware that it is necessary to convert the electrical current before using any electronics. Although the converters are easy to find and inexpensive at home, it is shocking how difficult they are to find in France. Most electronics from overseas will not fit into European outlets and the foreign current can cause them to burn out.

While it is not necessary to be fluent in French when visiting France, it helps to know a few key terms just to get around. Be sure to pack some kind of translator, whether it is electronic or a book. Electronic translators are great because they can pronounce the words, but a travel map with key words is easy to pull in and out of a backpack when it is needed.

When traveling around France, just as much thought needs to be given to the actual luggage as to what gets packed in it. Once in France, most long distance travel will likely be done by train, so it is important to use luggage that is easy to transport and fits under a seat or in an overhead compartment. Another important feature in luggage is a secure place for important documents like passports and tickets.

A French getaway can be one of the most memorable things someone ever experiences. To help the excursion run as smoothly as possible, do not leave home without these key items. It is never a good idea to travel France without them.

Austria’s national carrier is the eponymous Austrian Airlines, with its central offices in Vienna, and its main hub at Vienna’s international airport, also known as Wien Schwechat. The Vienna airport is known throughout the industry for its singular ability to move passengers quickly and conveniently to connecting flights, almost always in 30 minutes or less. Passengers waiting for flights to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, can find just enough time to enjoy the airports boutiques, coffee shops, cafes, and lounges to make the wait seem even shorter.

Austria’s flagship carrier was founded in’57. Focusing on Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, Austrian Airlines also routes some passengers on flights run by its subsidiary, Tyrolean. Austrian Airlines is staffed by over 8,500 workers, and is a member of both the Austrian Airlines Group and the Star Alliance, the largest airline alliance on the planet with 24 different brands. Most Austrian Airlines flights operate on jets built by Boeing and Airbus.

Austrian’s frequent flyer program is Miles & More. Used by- European airlines and by over 15 million people, Miles & More is the most popular frequent flyer scheme in Europe. It permits its members to earn and use their frequent flyer miles on all- member airlines as well as all the carriers in Star Alliance.

Austrian Airlines is a leader in airline safety, beginning with armed monitoring of its flights in’81. At least two undercover sky marshals are on each Austrian Airlines flight. Austrian Airlines staff, especially its pilots and flight attendants, receives frequent safety training with a special focus on in flight safety and technology.

Much as the Vienna airport offers singular efficiency in transferring passengers between flights in 30 minutes or less, Austrian Airlines offers outstanding customer service. Completely revamping its customer service program in 2006, Austrian Airlines added dozens of new features, ranging from new passenger lounges to free snack service in economy to all-inclusive customer care for passengers on the ground. Calling their new program a success, Austrian Airlines proudly points to multiple industry surveys giving them top rankings in customer service and quality.

As of February 2009, Drs. Andreas Bierwirth and Peter Malanik have been appointed to service as Austrian Airline’s chief co-executives, with equal rights and responsibilities. Austrian’s board of directors anticipates the new management duo will strengthen the airline despite declining air traffic since the beginning of the global economic crisis in 2008. In 2008, the airline carried 10.7 million passengers, down from 2007, and further deterioration of passenger load is expected in 2009. To turn the situation around, Austrian Airlines is reinforcing its image as the premier carrier for flights from Europe to the Middle East, adding four flights each week to Amman, Jordan.

I think everybody knows that wine is the best reason to go to France. While they produce a lot, they drink a lot and finally they export the most. We would like to highlight some great wine tour options for you. Here and now!

One of the best region for wine tasting and sightseeing is Provence. That is a popular countryside with medieval villages and vineyards such as Chateauneuf du Pape.

In the beautiful town even Van Gogh made some nice picture. Favorite wines here Syrah or Grenache (Garnacha). After tasting them you can enter to the Lavender Museum.

Taste and go on options what Paris offer you in “wine tasting business). These tastings are famous, and you can try wines there from Bordeaux to Lyon.

Oh Bordeaux! Called Red Eye. One of the greatest small city around the region is Saint Emillion with many tasting places. Many cellars are there. It will be your paradise. Buses take travelers to cellars to taste nice wines like Mourverde.

Where could be better for tasting wine and learning all about its secrets than the vineyards of Burgundy? If you are in France explore this region and its famous products on a tour of different wineries and wine cellars. They are like Gevrey Chambertin, Morey Saint Denis and Chambolle Musigny. You can learn about wine-making and its aging and tasting techniques.

You can call it Bourgogne. Doesn’t matter. The fact is that The Burgundy wine is one of the most popular wine in the world.

Red wines prefer Pinot Noir. But in the White Burgundy you can find Chardonnay. Wine lovers know it as Grand Cru which produces 35 hectoliters per hectare. Even better Premier Cru with its 45 hectoliters. These wines should be consumed within 3-5 years but finest ones can be kept even longer.

Finally a tip if you would like to take some rest as well: St. Tropez and its neighborhood. (27.000 hectares)

You will tell your friend some stories not just about beach but Chardonnay, Mourverde and Roses.

As you must see Paris you must tour around this beautiful country’s vineyards and share some great memories as well.

Have lots of memorable moments!

Looking for a way to unwind while exploring new parts of the country? Try a mountain biking tour. Many companies offer mountain biking tours, complete with scenic routes and accommodations. Couples looking for a way to explore the country together will get a lot of out these tours.

From major mountain trails to lesser known trails with hills and rough terrain, mountain bikers will find great adventure in biking trails in each and every region in America.

In the Southeast, North Carolina provides some beautiful mountain bike trails. The Pacific Northwest and Southwest are also popular regions for mountain bikers.

The American West Region is known for mountain biking trails, but you don’t need to stop there! The Southwest area has many popular trails as well!

Some of the Southwest trails that I personally recommend are the Piney Canyon Road in Arizona, the Flume Trail in Nevada, and the South Boundary Trail in New Mexico.

Each of these trails is at least 20 miles long and has a reputation for being a challenging ride. Piney Canyon is the longest. It has over 50 miles of exciting terrain. But don’t worry, you don’t have to ride the entire trail.

I recommend the Pacific Northwest for a mountain bike vacation. My three favorite trails in this region are the Surveyor’s Ridge in Oregon, Mount Tamalpais in California, and in Washington, the Methow Trail System.

Mountain biking is a great sport and can make for an even better vacation. Both challenging and relaxing, it is a great vacation for couples, families, or groups. You’ll create life-long memories as you challenge both your mind and your body. Gather a group of family members, neighbors or old friends and set out on an adventure you’ll never forget! You may just decide to make this an annual tradition with your loved ones!

Portugal continues to be a popular destination for many, but it is surprising at the wealth of holiday opportunities available. From beach holidays to city breaks, golfing tours to historical trails, there is anything that anyone could possibly want when looking at holidays in Portugal.

A country built on its seafaring traditions of ages gone by; the capital city of Lisbon showcases this proud history in startling form. However, a modern city, it is certainly not happy to rest on its laurels.

Located on the coast too, it enjoys the best of both worlds too, allowing visitors to appreciate not only the history and atmosphere, but to take in the more contemporary entertainment. With a great nightlife, it is excellent for clubbers too.

One of the most popular ways to enjoy the country is through golfing holidays. Possibly the single hottest destination in Europe for enthusiasts, the Algarve in particular offers some fantastic courses.

The Algarve is helped by the amazing climate too of course, and it is this reason why so many flock here year on year. The resorts are well appointed too however, and with so many activities both day and night, all are welcome.

For those wishing to explore something a little more of the beaten track, there are some fantastic walking or horse riding adventures to be enjoyed. These too can run along the coast, but it is within the hills at the heart of the country that the most fantastic scenery is to be enjoyed.

Portugal’s mainland is exceptional enough, but just of the south west coast lies Madeira; somewhat of a gem. Many people have second homes on this green isle, and with a wonderful atmosphere it is easy to see why.

There are many more holidays in Portugal to enjoy too; from wine trails to fishing trips, clubbing extravaganzas to cooking schools. It is a destination that many will never tire of visiting and really, that is not surprising.

When you're looking online for a hotel in Vienna, you should start by asking yourself what it is that you actually want from the place you'll be choosing. Although you might think this is obvious, in my experience it's easy to forget this simple rule to keep in your mind.

When you’re looking around for a hotel in Vienna, you should start by asking yourself what it is that you actually want from the place you’ll be choosing. Although you might think this is obvious, in my experience it’s easy to forget this simple rule that you should keep in your mind.

So how do we go about answering this question? What we need to do is develop a list of features that can be found in the hotels in Vienna that you find in your online search. Once we have this list, we’ll be much better able to choose a hotel that best matches what we’re ideally looking for.

Starting at the beginning, you’ll obviously have a reason to be staying in a hotel in the first place. There are plenty of possible reasons here – visiting people you know, attending a function etc. – but the two we find the most common are for a break or holiday, or for work purposes.

Next, you need to think of where it actually is in Vienna that you want to be staying. For instance, do you want to be near to the sights, the nightlife or the town centre, or is it essential that you stay near to where you’ll be working, or perhaps there are other factors that will come into play.

Once you have this in mind, you’ll want to decide what sort of facilities are important to you within the hotel itself. Certainly most modern hotels will come with en suite bathrooms, but if that isn’t important to you, you may be able to save some cash. Similarly, you should decide if you want a bar or restaurant in the place you’ll be staying.

Back in the day, it was unusual for holiday accommodation to include a gym or swimming pool within, but this is much more common now. And if you feel the need to go on the internet while you’re away, you should check if the hotel has wifi internet access, which is increasingly the norm.

We suggested you might be able to save some cash through looking at reduced facilities, and obviously your overall budget is a key consideration. There’s not a lot of sense in looking for top of the range luxury if you know you can’t afford it. Fortunately, Vienna has many hotels in various price ranges so you should find something suitable quite easily.

Now you have all this info to hand – location, facilities etc. – you should look into each of the hotels that are available in Vienna that match up with your requirements. You’ll probably find several that tick all the boxes, so you now simply need to choose a favourite.

Finally, of course, you’ll need to include the dates of your stay. Many hotels will not be available for all the days you want, so you’ll want to check against each of them to ensure you can get the hotel you want when it comes to booking online.

When you’re looking online for a hotel in Naples, you should start by asking yourself what it is that you actually want from the place you’ll be choosing. Although you might think this is obvious, in my experience it’s easy to forget this simple rule to keep in your mind.

So let’s examine the question in more detail, so we can develop a set of criteria to use when sifting through the list of hotels in Naples we can find on the internet. Once we’ve done this, we are in a much better position to choose the ideal hotel for our particular purposes.

The basis for all hotel stays is obviously the reason why you’re going to be there in the first place. This will probably be either for a holiday or city break, or for work. There are, of course, other possibilities (such as visiting relatives, attending a party etc.), but we find these are the 2 most common reasons for wanting to stay in a hotel.

Once we have in mind why it is we’re going, we then need to decide where in Naples will be the best place for us to be based. This will take into account factors such as whether you want to be near the town centre, near to any sightseeing opportunities, or near to the place you’ll be working.

Next you’ll want to be thinking about what sort of facilities you require from the hotel. It’s a long time since you’d have to check whether a hotel would have en suite bathrooms or not, as most nowadays do, but you could potentially save some expense if this isn’t important to you. You might also be interested in there being a bar and restaurant on site.

Back in the day, it was unusual for holiday accommodation to include a gym or swimming pool on site, but this is much more common now. And if you feel the need to go on the internet while you’re away, you should check if the hotel has wifi internet access, which is increasingly the norm.

We suggested you might be able to save some cash through looking at reduced facilities, and obviously your overall spend is a key consideration. There’s not a lot of sense in looking for top of the range luxury if you know you can’t afford it. Fortunately, Naples has many hotels in various price ranges so you should find something suitable quite easily.

So now you know roughly the area you want to be in, and the facilities you’ll want from your hotel and the surrounding area, it’s time to look at all the hotels that Naples has to offer you, and make your decision according to the criteria you’ve just established for the ideal place.

Finally, of course, you’ll need to include the dates of your stay. Many hotels will not be available for all the days you want to be there, so you’ll want to check against each of them to ensure you can get the hotel you want when it comes to booking online.

When you’re looking online for a hotel in Palma, you should start by asking yourself what it is that you actually want from the place you’ll be choosing. Although you might think this is obvious, in my experience it’s easy to forget this simple rule to keep in your mind.

So let’s examine the question in more detail, so we can develop a set of criteria to use when sifting through the list of hotels in Palma we can find on the internet. Once we’ve done this, we are in a much better position to choose the ideal hotel for our particular purposes.

The first thing to look at, obviously, is why it is you want to stay in a hotel at all. Generally, this will be because you’re going on holiday or for work purposes. There are other reasons, such as perhaps visiting people or attending a function, but the most likely scenario is you’ll be there for a break or to work.

Next, you need to think of where it actually is in Palma that you want to stay. For instance, do you want to be near to the sights, the nightlife or the town centre, or is it essential that you stay near to where you’ll be working, or perhaps there are other factors that will come into play.

Next you’ll want to be thinking about what sort of facilities you require from the hotel. It’s a long time since you’d have to check whether a hotel had en suite bathrooms or not, as most nowadays do, but you could potentially save some expense if this isn’t important to you. You might also be interested in there being a bar and restaurant on the premises.

Several years ago, it would have been quite odd for hotels to have facilities such as a gym or a swimming pool. But nowadays, you can find quite a few that offer these and more. And if you want to be using the internet while you’re away, you might want to check if your hotel has a wireless internet connection.

We suggested you might be able to save some cash through looking at reduced facilities, and obviously your overall budget is a key consideration. There’s not a lot of sense in looking for top of the range luxury if you know you can’t afford it. Fortunately, Palma has many hotels in various price ranges so you should find something suitable quite easily.

So now you know roughly the location you want to be in, and the facilities you’ll want from your hotel and the surrounding area, it’s time to look at all the hotels that Palma has to offer you, and make your choice according to the criteria you’ve just established for the ideal place.

Finally, of course, you’ll need to include the dates of your stay. Many hotels will not be available for all the days you want to be there, so you’ll want to check against each of them to ensure you can get the hotel you desire when it comes to booking online.

There’s a simple rule of thumb you need to bear in mind when looking for a hotel in Dublin – what is it you actually require from the place you’re going to be staying in? This may seem extremely obvious, but my experience is that people often forget this basic principle.

To get to the bottom of this, you need to go into the question at a basic level. So when you’re looking through the list of Dublin hotels that are available to you, you are in the best possible position to make an informed choice about the hotel that most matches what you’re looking for.

Starting at the beginning, you’ll obviously have a reason to be staying at a hotel in the first place. There are plenty of possible reasons here – visiting people you know, attending a function etc. – but the two we find the most common are for a break or holiday, or for work purposes.

The next factor, then, is to decide where it is in Dublin will be the ideal location for your accommodation. For example, do you want to be in the town centre, near to nightlife, near to any sights you wish to see, near to where you’ll be working, or any other issues that spring to mind.

Once you have this in mind, you’ll want to decide what sort of facilities are important to you within the hotel itself. Certainly most modern hotels will come with en suite bathrooms, but if that isn’t important to you, you may be able to save some money. Similarly, you should decide if you want a bar or restaurant in the place you’ll be staying.

Lots of hotels also now come with facilities that would have been unheard of a few years ago, including some with their own gym and swimming pool. If you want to keep on top of your emails or just chat with friends on Facebook, a wireless internet connection might also be important to you.

Having mentioned money, this is a very obvious issue that you’ll want to address. No point looking for 5 star luxury if you simply can’t afford to pay the amount it would cost per night. Dublin certainly has its fair share of places to choose from in all price brackets, so you should easily find something suitable with just a few minute’s investigation.

So now you know roughly the location you want to be in, and the facilities you’ll want from your hotel and the surrounding area, it’s time to look at all the hotels that Dublin has to offer you, and make your decision according to the criteria you’ve just established for the ideal place.

One final factor, of course, is the dates you’ll want to stay there. It’s not always the case that each hotel is available for your chosen time frame – or perhaps not for all the time you want to be there – so it’s essential you check based on the actual dates of your stay so you’re not disappointed when you come to book.

Where are you planning on travelling to this summer? I bet it is either somewhere famous, predictable, hot, and has a beach. What if I would tell you to think outside the box this year and choose a destination, which most people would not think about? A country where you have never been to, and maybe you are not even familiar with and is located in Central Europe? Hungary.

If you have never been to Hungary before I would advise you to visit the capital, Budapest first. Since I am a native Hungarian I know the city very well and now I will attempt to recommend you places to visit, things to do. But before I start on that let me mention the language.

Don’t worry; it’s not as bad as it sounds. Most young people speak 2-3 foreign languages in Hungary so you will be fine. Tourist information is always available in English, so while travelling, in museums or in a restaurant, just to mention a few, you will be able to understand what is going on. However I still recommend you taking a mini dictionary and a few crucial sentences translated to Hungarian in case of an emergency.

First of all it is quite important where you are located during your visit. I would recommend staying in a hotel along the Danube if you can afford it since it is central, have very good public transport connections and last most importantly the view is gorgeous.

In the evening visit Liszt Ferenc Square where you will find many cute restaurants and teahouses. If you want to go dancing afterwards visit one of the open-air nightclubs, such as Holdudvar, Szimpla Kert, Rio, Buddha Beach or Zold Pardon, which are amazing on a hot summer night.

Finding a quality human translator is difficult. If you are looking for Hungarian to English translation Katalin Pankotay offers a very high quality Hungarian translation service.
